2019 Infection Prevention & Control Services and Fees (all include GST)

 

 

1. For all General Practice staff. On-site practice visit review/update/training. Consider value adding 1 hr policy
   review (5 pt checklist $110). Fee includes written advice, certificates, 2019 prac guide, cleaning policy template.
   - $440 for 2 consecutive hrs day or evening (7.30am – 9pm)
   - $550 for 3 consecutive hrs day or evening (9pm latest)
   - $1100 for 9-5 day course (your venue/catering). I can provide materials for an extra fee. (8 APNA CPD)
   
   
2. For all General Practice staff. A day course (9-5pm or 4pm if you do not sterilise – 7/8 APNA CPD) at a booked
   venue. Features competency checking with materials/catering provided. 14 max/8 min. Includes certificate,
   folder, 2019 prac guide & cleaning policy template. Dates, locations on website. 14 day invoice sent after course
   - $330 pp
   - $275 for non-working attendee
   - $605 for two colleagues on same day
   
   
3. PHNs your venue / catering /electronic notes etc (for all GP staff)
   - $440 for up to 2 hrs daytime update, $550 for up to 2 hrs evening update - unlimited numbers
   - $440 for daytime 2 hr instrument processing education – limited to 20 (2 APNA CPD)
   - $550 for 2hr evening competency checking session – limited to 16 (2 APNA CPD) – I provide all materials
   - $1100 full day course (9-5pm, 7 or 8 APNA CPD) Extra $16.50pp if I provide materials (8 CPD) – limited to 16
   
   
4. Dental Practice (at your practice). Certificates, advice and notes provided at all visits (refer to website)
   - $440 for a 2hr on-site review session $550 for evening after 6pm. Includes one hr on sterilisation
   - $990 for full 5hr education session for all staff – this is available from 8am to 7pm
   
   
5. Podiatry staff
   - $275pp private venue, 5 hr comprehensive course 9 – 2.30pm. Includes catering & materials. Min 8, max 16
   - $1,100 for 5 hr comprehensive course for your organisation/group to supply materials, venue/catering. Max 16
   
   
6. Community Health / Aboriginal Health. Refer to website for relevant professions not addressed above.
   - $440 for up to 2 hrs daytime update/review/training
   - $1,100 for up to 6 contact hours per day (ideal for multidiscipline organisations)
   
   
7. Aged Care
   - your facility - $440 minimum for a 2hr day session - multiple sessions on same day are more cost effective.
   - off-site private venue course 9-4pm. 6 hr @$275 pp includes meal, materials for competency checking. Max 20
   

NOTE

• Travel fee - $66/hr applies outside Melbourne metro area. Airfare, car hire, accommodation may also apply
• All weekends attract a minimum $1100 service fee
• Cancellation of a confirmed booking attracts a 25% cancellation fee
  
  

OTHER SERVICES

1. $66 for my 2019 Prac guide - provided at no extra cost for practice visits, day course, when purchasing policies
2. $220 for 2019 Infection Control policy templates for General Practice. Full set of 14. Available individually.
3. $121 for 7 Biological Indicators / incubation report for validation & express post ($77 if one part requested)
4. $110 for 1 hr General Practice Infection Control policy review by 5 point check - can use skype or add on to visit.
5. $110 for 1 hr GP, Podiatry and Dental Infection Control mini audit by skype with staff using checklist –
   separate instrument processing session available.
